When we receive your initial teeth whitening enquiry we will aim to contact you the same day to have a chat about the teeth whitening options we have available. We will arrange a teeth whitening consultation to start you on your journey to a dazzling white smile.

During your consultation our clinician will carry out an oral health assessment and discuss what you are hoping to achieve and guide through the teeth whitening options we have available within the practice and the differences between them. An intraoral scan will be then carried out to create a digital image of your teeth, this will then be used to create your bespoke teeth whitening trays, so no impressions needed!

At this appointment your clinician will check the fit of your trays, you will then be given your professional at home whitening kit to take away with you to use safely at home. A record of the shade of your teeth will then be taken.

After 2 weeks of home bleaching, we will see you again to review how your treatment is progressing. After teeth whitening, keep hold of your teeth whitening trays and then if you feel you want to boost the whiteness of your smile in the future you can purchase professional teeth whitening solution from the practice as a top up.

The Treatment Steps
First, we apply a bonding agent to your tooth. This agent helps the composite resin adhere better, ensuring a strong bond.
Next, we apply the tooth-coloured composite resin to your tooth. This resin is then carefully sculpted to address issues like cracks, gaps, or small teeth. We mould it to match the natural shape and contour of your tooth.
Once we’re happy with the shape and appearance, we use a special curing light to harden the resin. This light quickly solidifies the resin, making the fix immediate and durable.
Finally, we make any necessary adjustments to ensure your bite is comfortable and the bonded tooth looks perfect. The area is polished to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, giving it a smooth, shiny finish.
